Not a longevity score. A look at the few things that reliably track with staying mobile, sharp, and independent for longer.

Why these domains and not others.
There is no shortage of things you could measure. The domains here were chosen because each one has a reasonable evidence base linking it to function later in life, and because each one is something a person can actually change.
Strength and movement carry the most weight, which reflects how consistently they show up in the literature on maintaining independence. Sleep and recovery matter and are frequently the easiest to improve first, particularly for people already managing several conditions.
